You can see the big pool covered in white plastic in the 1st and 2nd photos. It has a dual shallow like Culver and from what I could tell the deep end is much wider than Culver with more flat and more abrupt transitions. It also doesn't look to be very deep. 10' max. Not sure that makes sense, or what the final verdict will be on it.

I saw that FB photo, that looks pretty good, and you can see the street set-up is separated and lined up so the flow doesn't send people and boards towards the bowls.

The remaining question is what is that big bowl going to end up like?

Snake runs of fun! Pretty loose at the start of it with the small resi bowl, and there may be some flow issues when it get crowded. But it looks super fun.

Lots of flat in the big pool, depends on how deep the overall pool is and the differential between the shallow to the deep section. Could be faster n slick snot or slower then a sticky booger.

edit: Forgot to mention that the park looks to be pretty good.
